Summary

A professing Christian, Eric Wollod, was informed by police that he would need a permit in order to peacefully distribute religious literature on a public boardwalk in Wildwood, N.J. After filing suit against city officials, ADF attorneys later obtained a settlement that permits citizens to peacefully express their faith in public areas without obtaining a permit.
