Humor and the First Amendment

For centuries, people have used satire as a way to critique and debate prevailing ideas. California passed two laws that censor free speech and target satirical works online, including social media. On behalf of The Babylon Bee, Alliance Defending Freedom filed a lawsuit to halt the enforcement of those laws.
