The Biden-Harris administration is wreaking havoc on Title IX.

Title IX was passed in 1972 to protect equal opportunities for women, not harm them. But the Biden-Harris administration has issued a radical change to Title IX that redefines “sex” to include “gender identity.”

This means that most educational institutions would have to abide by radical gender ideology, which puts subjective identity ahead of biological reality.

Men and women are made distinct, in the image of God, and that design cannot be changed or chosen. Yet the Biden-Harris administration is trying to twist the law to reflect a lie.

But denying biological reality has consequences.

In practice, these changes gut equal opportunities for women and girls, erode student privacy, and threaten women’s sports and safety.

When males are permitted in women’s sports, female athletes lose opportunities to compete, titles they’ve earned, and more. When we allow men into women’s intimate spaces such as restrooms and locker rooms, we also violate their privacy and safety.
