In Vermont, for example, we’re representing multiple pregnancy care centers whose work is being significantly impeded by the state. A new state law heavily restricts pregnancy care centers’ ability to counsel women against abortion and advertise their services. This is a blatant violation of pregnancy centers’ free speech rights.
And in Colorado, we’re standing by Chelsea Mynyk, a licensed nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife who’s being targeted by the state for administering abortion pill reversal for a woman who regretted taking an abortion drug. Colorado is trying to silence Chelsea’s speech and prevent her and others like her from saving unborn lives.
